Kweku Anno

Managing Director

Kweku is the Managing Director and founder of Biological Filters & Composter’s Limited (Ghana). He has over 25 years of experience in the building and construction industry having worked at Volta Aluminium Company (Valco), State Construction Company (SCC), Casa Builders and K. A. Anno Engineering Ltd.

He holds a B.SC. Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Science & Technology, Kumasi. Kweku has won several national awards, notable among them is 3rd place at the first Industrial & Technology Fair (Indutech ’86), 1st place at GREDA Housing Fair.

Lydia Sarfo-Anno

Director

Lydia has several years of experience in Human Resource Management as well as Sales and Marketing. Her previous experience includes having worked with Standard Chartered Bank as a Customer Relationship Manager and as Human Resource Manager, West Africa for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for 11 years, with oversight in 7 countries in the sub-region.

Lydia holds a B. A. Secretary ship degree from the University of Cape Coast, an MBA (Human Resource Management) from the School of Administration, University of Ghana. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
